LOZ: Wind Waker question re: missed heart container

I just beat the second big boss in the game (boomerang plant), and in doing so and receiving a heart container, I've realized that I missed the heart container on the first boss (lava caterpillar beaten with grappled dragon tail). I'm usually heart greedy but somehow I missed the thing.

Is it possible to backtrack and recover that on Dragon Roost Isle, or am I screwed?

Answered my own question. Just sailed back to Dragon Roost, just had to go through the cave all again (the pots helped). Heart Container was there waiting for me at the end.
