Change forum skin/theme?

Currently the CAG forums appear as a black background with light green text, green buttons, etc. I don't care for that and want to change it...

Does this forum allow for other skins or themes? I found an option in the UserCP >Edit Options labeled "forum skin" that I thought would change that, but it didn't... I'm still getting the green text on a black background.
