Alright. You have to recieve a text to sign-up.
What you need to do is make a gmail account.
Now, If you have it verified it's easy, just fill in the number and you got the confirm code.
When you don't have a verified google voice account, i recommened downloading the app: Infinite SMS. Where you have to enter your google voice account and you can just recieve the text! without even having to verify your GV account.
When your in Embeepay. Just go to earn and do surveys, they've got and amazing amount of surveys. Even for international people!
Now when you redeem a card just go to redeem giftcards and click on the amazon one. It will process and you will instantly get your card!
