Can't Set Email Alerts

I can't set email alerts right now. I tried to input it on the Wish List, but it failed. I then tried to set it the traditional way, but it also failed. I don't really know what the problem is.

I've tried this in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
 
Yeah I'm trying to set an email alert for L.A. noire to tell me when the game is under 40 and it doesn't seem to be working right now.
 
Came in to post the same issue, was looking to set a few price alerts.

Note: I got an email today for (an already set) price alert, so part of the process seems to be working.
