Cheese and ketchup are the most important but I won't ignore onions, pickles, extra tomato, maybe some extra spices in the patty itself, mustard, etc. Bacon is ok but better on its own.

In N Out's "Secret Sauce" Spread FTW BABY! That SAUCE is like "HEAVEN" in your MOUTH! In 2nd place is McDonald's "BIG MAC SAUCE", but IT TRULY DOESN'T COMPARE in MY HUMBLE OPINION to "SECRET SAUCE" YO!
