You cant charge paypal fees. Look it up in the Trade Forum Rules & Guidelines thread. This site endorses paypals policies. Instantly kills it for me. Would've bidded at the start of this. Should really try covering your own fees for a service you chose to use, cause they arent our fees....They're the subscribers fees.
 
OP, you should read the thread at the link you're posting in the thread.

The payer can't be charged fees for the sending of money via Paypal, so you can't force them to pay the fees. I suggest reworking your payment acceptance process for Paypal or find another payment method.
