Both have excellent reviews. I recently got the vizio from dell and it is excellent.

I recently picked up the sony 32 bx320, nice tv, sound is ok. Really light on bass. Although it's listed as 720p, the hdmi devices pick up 1080p. Games look great on it, no lag that I can see.
