Here's hoping portal 2/ la noire for 25$ each...

Amen, amin. Aaaaamennnn.

With ToysRUs and Gohastings deals I wouldn't be surprised to see...

CoD Black Ops- $25
Portal 2- $30

Also, Reach for $20?

Amazon will most likely include the games Toys R Us is offering for the 2 for $50 offer at the moment. They'll go with limited quantities instead of offering the same prices for the whole week because those games are probably selling fairly well at Amazon as opposed to TRU.

My 2 cents ;)

Please tell me you use the Wii remote to shake a rattle in that scary ass looking game. I'd pay a couple bucks for that for sheer comedic value.

EDIT: Oh man... it's $7.59 at Amazon. They describe "Red Light, Green Light" as a timelessly slow racing classic. It's worse than I imagined! So hopefully it will be on sale, heh.

Best thing about these threads are the tags.

I agree. I think there'll be a mad dash for copies much like we saw with Tomb Raider last week

You folks have unrealistic expectations. I think you're going to see stuff like Dirt 3 for $39.99, because it's already been $39.99 at other places. Basically just matching recent deals, but at least without tax (for most). That's probably the best you can hope for.

Think they could match the 2 for $50 TRU deal by having each of those games for $25 during the day? Just a very optimistic thought.

Here's hoping if there's anything good that it's after 12:00PM PDT for when I'm home from work. *Crosses fingers for Portal 2 for $25*

That is just stupid. Customers would just make another order at the new price and return the old order for a refund

But they charge for shipping. I wish they kept to that old policy, but le sigh. They could've excluded Gold Box deals or something and take less of a hit instead of abandoning it completely.

I imagine we will see three different versions of Turtle Beach Headsets, a Guitar Hero WoW sale, Duke & Alice for $39.99 and a DJ Hero.

Too soon for inFamous 2: Hero Edition for $59.99? Since they still have it for $94.99 I can see them doing a sale on it soon. Maybe $79.99.

Ahhh, the tags for these are always so entertaining...

a vain effort, amazon fools gold, failsauce, here we go again, hope springs eternal, hopelessness, inevitable disappointment, tragedy, wii shovelware, wishful thinking

SPLASH!

As much as I love amazon, I am sick of all the love amazon gets on CAG. It is borderline fanboyish...

This love might end soon when states fight back to get the taxes they are owed...

you think amazon has too many fanboys on here?....have you not noticed the k-mart tards who feel the need to post in nearly every thread about how the deal at k-mart is so much better :/

I can live with k-mart posts... but amazon fanboys are just annoying. Every time a store like Wal-Mart, Best Buy or GameStop has a deal, there has to be some post about "having amazon price match because I have credit". Seriously, it is annoying.

I kinda can understand that....but it's just bc they would rather use up their credit as opposed to spending cash for games....I don't think its all that to do with the no sale tax thing though...i personally would still shop w/ amazon even if i were charged sales tax, bc for the most part the things I buy are usually cheaper then from buying them in a b&m store. One example of this, I just bought a new camera bag from amazon that was only like $4.66. That same camera bag retails for $10.99 at bestbuy/walmart/etc. And with the free prime for students, I never have to worry about shipping. Plus it helps i have a ton of credit from trading in :)
