I dunno about Gohastings used personally. I bought Assassins Creed Brotherhood used from them and the case was all fucked up and disc was scratched. Wouldn't even install as it kept getting DREs. I'll get used from gamefly, but that's about it for me.

I got AC: Brotherhood for PS3 used from them too. The case only has 1 noticeable scratch and the game works fine. I guess it's a hit or miss kind of thing.
