It's up to trader preference. If they have more feedback here and you still want to do the trade, it's the tough sh*t rule. They make you send first, then that's what they want. There's really no discussion needed. When you get feedback, you'll do the same to noobs more than likely. That's just how CAG works. It's not a big deal.
 
i would make you send first, no question.

EDIT: hahaha i just realized your 1 feedback is from me! that being the case, i would send same time, since it would be a repeat trader, however, most users will ask you to send first.
 
10 in my opinion is actually a pretty solid amount as far as CAG goes - I'd have no problems shipping at the same time to somebody with that much feedback. With 1, yea, I'd have to ask you to send first.
