best place for early pre-orders

Where have you guys experienced good places to get pre-orders? In the past I've always had a lot of success with play.com getting stuff a day early, but not with Deus Ex, and I'm nothing short of devastated. My friend Ben ordered it from GAME yesterday and got it today, don't believe it!

Anywhere particularly good at giving out early releases?

I have always received pre-orders a day early from Shopto. They also offer £3.00 online store credit if your pre-order does not arrive by the release date.
 
I'll also say Shopto. I have a very good experience with them when it comes to preorders. I've gotten my games about 1-2 days after its release, I live in Sweden.
 
Game I usually get early, my amazon preorder of deus ex didn't even turn up today will be really gutted if I don't get it tomorrow it's a bank holiday and everything
