I find that hard to believe, but you've got me really interested now. I have a 3rd gen iPod (20gb) that I bought used for $60 a few years ago. If they'd pay me more than that, I'm heading there today. Just need to find the time to call to see if any of my local ones are doing this 10% additional TIV promo.

Well, a first generation iPod touch is still about $200. 20gb third generation, not so much.

You were expecting as much as that $200 iPod touch?

the employees showed me the email. it said that headphones and charger were not required, but if the person trading in offers it, gladly accept it haha.

Just came back from the gamestop to tradein my Ipod Shuffle 2nd gen and they got a confused face lol They couldnt find my serial # so they email headquarters (i think) and make me wait until Monday for there answer.

(Note: I called up another gamestop and confirmed 2nd gen ipod shuffle 2 gb is $15 dollars, while my local one is confused lol)

They took out a packet to, but they got confused because my Serial Number apparently didnt match the ones that the packet has (The last 3 digits or something) and even the manager was totally clueless... So I dont know, gonna head back there tomorrow for the laughs

Let's be real and close this thread because gamestop will never offer a deal good enough or tiv that will make anyone give away a good working iPod...... Now broken sure

Hmmm ... $88 credit for my 8GB 2nd Gen iPod Touch? I doubt they're worth much via craigslist (probably no more than $75 at best), and I'll be getting the next iPhone soon. Tempting, but I kinda hate GS and rarely buy things there. Though I guess that would cover most of MW3 Hardened. Very tempting indeed...

EDIT: I ended up doing it. I got $80 cause I don't have PUR. But I'm sure some really nice holiday promos will come around and I'll spend the $80 wisely.

I really need to find my 16GB 2G Touch before the TIVs tank. I haven't used it since I got my iPhone, and I don't even remember where it is.

I'm waiting to find out if the 5g Touch is going to be exactly the same as the 4G first.

Hah, never mind trading it in. I just checked Amazon and the lowest price there is $123. I doubt GS will come anywhere near that.

Ipod Touch 2g is only getting $64 trade value on Amazon.

I'm a Pro Merchant on Amazon. The lowest selling price is $123. Even after fees and shipping, I'm looking to clear $115.

Anybody trade in an Iphone yet? I've got an old 3G sitting here that I basically kept as an MP3 player. Thing still looks new and works fine. It'd be nice if I could get Diablo 3 out of it though.

I traded mine in and I got $110 trade-in credit for it. It was ridiculous. Combine that with the tiered trades and purchase a 0.99 pre-owned game and you could make some serious BANK.

What's an iPhone shuffler worth? I saw one at a garage sale a few weeks ago for $10 but I had no idea if it worked, how to turn it on to see if it worked, or if GameStop was doing trades on them yet.

I was shocked a few weeks ago when I walked in a gamestop and a dude ws tradeing in 2 ipod toughes and a kinect. He got like 85 dollars for the 16gb I didn't see what the other one was worth but his total credit was 225.00

She was scanning a flip book that had the skus for the ipods. I was like phones now.

I got my 2nd Gen ipodtouch 32GB from a yard sale for 20$ it has a fuzzy white screen I am going to try to repair when my next income arrives
