Whom should I contact regarding a Marketplace trade gone bad? It's been nearly two months and I don't have the game in my hand, but the other guy has his. All communication to and from the trader has been saved in my in/out box.
Edit: Just to confirm. It was a regular marketplace trade. Not a psn or xbla code trade.
