I have a GameStop gift card I received in June, and another that I got more recently through the eRewards program. When checking out on the website I redeemed the eRewards card just fine. However I kept getting an error message for the other card. I noticed that the card that went through had a 15-character code, while the problematic card had a 16-character code (both had 4-digit PINs). Is there a known issue with the 16-character cards, or some special trick to get them to work? I know the card is still good because I just called the phone # on the back and verified that there's a $25 balance.
