Where are the Clearence games usually in target? I'm beginning to think my store doesn't have any.

Man you people are cheap.

It varies from store to store - you basically have to scour the store...at least the areas in and around the electronics/game section.

Here are the current locations I've found the clearance game section to be:

1. Different endcaps in the electronics department - I'm talking from the first endcap in the section that divides electronics from clothing in most store layouts, all the way to the last endcap that marks the transition to the seasonal (Christmas, Valentines, Easter, outdoor summer/fall) section.

2. Sometimes clearance games are still in their original game locations, either with "Clearance" tags/stickers, or without.

3. Along the back wall in the electronics department, again it can be at any point near the TVs all the way to the books/magazines and even in the luggage / pet food aisle sections.

4. Sometimes they are mixed in with the "discount games"/greatest hits section, near the PC games.

Target on Arlington@Riverside, they had a Star Wars ToR for $104.xx, also not worthy they had a ton of The Dark Knight Blu Ray Special Edition Batman Mask Packaging for $5.06, they had at least 15-20 copies of this. It's not going to get any lower since it was marked "As-Is."

Haven't seen any new games on clearance yet this week, but I noticed that a ton of DS and even 3DS games had been removed from the main aisle.

I'm hoping they might turn up on clearance next week!

Yeah. They, probably, have been slacking on moving the pre-Christmas clearance games back to the clearance section.

If you happen to be in Raleigh, NC the Target store on 4700 Green Road (on Capital Blvd near Sam's Club) is closing and started their closeout sales yesterday. Obviously YMMV on deals.

Not too surprising...that store is a ghetto shithole. Went there a few times and was the dumpiest target I have ever seen. Been in Kmarts before that looked better.

The Mission KS Target has a few copies of Blood Stone and Top Spin 4 :ps3: in the back corner (by the value games) for $10 each. Online Items (ie not clearance) but not a terrible pickup. Hope that helps someone out.

Nothing to see here, move along!

Found in Tulare, CA:
5 copies of Warhammer Online Pre-Order - $1.25 each, down from $19.99. No DCPI code.

Text says:
Pre-Release Bonuses Include:
* $5 off Coupon * Open Beta Access * Live Game Head Start
* Two Bonus In-Game Items

This came out in 2008. I'm not sure if the coupon or codes for bonus items in the case are still good or not. What's even more baffling was that Target was not one of the listed stores that sold these back in 2008.

They also had :360: Rock Band 3 in the clearance rack, but it was at its regular price of $20.

Gunstringer 360 disc for $29.98 at Target in Pasadena, TX. Odd thing is their clearance was on an end cap by tools.

the warhammer discs were at my store as well, also marked "AS IS." It and a ton of other random pc software all of a sudden appeared with those as is labels. makes no sense.

What does "limited availability" mean when checking stock on their website?
