Best FM Transmitter for iPhone 4?

Obtaining an iPhone 4 (Verizon 32GB) off a coworker, looking for a reliable FM transmitter to use in my car to play music through my car speakers. Preferably one that isn't a dock, but just plugs into the iPhone.

Would also help if it plugs into phone without issue with a Otterbox Defender case on the phone.

Anyone have a recommendation?

They pretty much all suck. I'd go with an aux input first, and if that doesn't work, any of the headset FM transmitters second. I used to use a Belkin Tunecast that worked decently (unless you live near the city with a lot of FM stations, in which case prepare for suckitude).
 
Yeah...don't bother with FM transmitters unless you don't have an aux port. I'd use a tape deck before I'd use a transmitter.
