Some of these were listed before. I would update the OP with other $16 games. For instance Batman: Arkham Aslyum GOTY is $15 last I checked. Resonance of Fate is $16. I believe Heavenly Sword is as well, which is the best price you'll find New anywhere.

GoW I&II is the one game I really want right now on my wishlist. Everything else can wait. Really want inFamous as well but I've spent way too much already.
Is it a good idea to buy GoW Origins Collection and play CoO before GoWIII?

Arg! Got my hopes up but still no God of War Origins for cheap yet.

I think that is a safe bet as Chains of Olympus happens before the events of GoWIII, and Ghost of Sparta is an origins story before GoWI I think. Personally I played through 1-3 in order, and will play the PSP games when I can get the collection on the cheap.

But they were released in this order:
GoW: I
GoW: II
GoW: Betrayal (cell phone game?)
GoW: Chains of Olympus
GoW: Collection (I+II)
GoW: III
GoW: Ghost of Sparta
GoW: Origins Collection

Guess I'll get GoW III last then.
Dammit, just found out that my free trial for ShopRunner expired yesterday :[
