Amazon has a policy that allows them to replace your CD Key if something (DRM) happens that prevents it from working. No hassles.

That's customer service.

Bestbuy was good on damage control at the end there (alot of people got money when their stuff didn't ship).

But Gotta go with Amazon. Prime is awesome.

While I agree wholeheartedly that BestBuy did good on damage control, the truth is that they should never have had to. In the end, I'd have preferred what I ordered and not a GC. Giving a GC was the cheaper option for BestBuy.

Amazon for me, by many LIGHT-YEARS.

I'm voting Best Buy because I bought more from them, and their customer service gave me refunds when warranted and offered gift cards for out-of-stock items.

Newegg for sure. I do not like Amazon's customer service as they are unresponsive.

Amazon is the clear winner here.
The Douchebag Porpoise does not save drowning sailors, it just mocks them as they struggle. What a jerk!

Amazon without a doubt! Never had a problem with them for the last 3 years I've been a member, plus the give or take 2 years using my parents account when i was younger (and the 2 years of Prime membership I've had so far).
