Yes, though if the option to transfer to tracks to DC3 is of interest (if there's going to be a DC3), then you may be SOL if the code isn't in that AWD used copy. It might be, but it might not.

Crap, I saw this on Amazon myself earlier today, and they ended up selling out before I was about to put in my order just a bit ago.
