I'm thinking the same thing. I'm getting all my $30/$40 vita preorders in and I'll worry about canceling them later.
 
This has been available for pre-order for a long time. I have a pre-order in place from June 14, 2011. Not sure what you have been waiting all of this time for. Not that it matters when you order it though, I guess (except for in Uncharted's case).

I've had this pre-ordered on Amazon since it was supposed to be a launch title. It's been on Amazon the whole while, lol.
 
Ugh, this is the same OP who posted the MSRP Ninja Gaiden 3 a couple weeks ago claiming it "just popped up". I can understand an occasional MSRP post if you don't realize something is MSRP, but this guy is making a habit of cluttering up the board with this junk.
