Can't find Donkey Kong Country on Virtual Console (Wii Shop Channel)

You wouldn't think Nintendo would pull their own game from the service. Its not like it had an expiring rights to the game aka TMNT and other games that have been delisted from other platforms.
 
I was told why it might've happened. Apparently publishers can set an expiration date for games on the service, and the one for DKC was apparently set by accident.
