Final Fantasy XIII-2 is region locked as region locked can be people. DO NOT buy it if you have an NTSC - U (US / Can) console!

I believe the 360 version is locked but not the PS3? I have found other sites online selling PS3 version as universal:

Also some debate as to whether the 360 version is just locked for PAL/ NA but not for JP.. meaning they are locked out of each other but either will work for JP.

I should have specified that I meant 360. To my knowledge though, all PS3 games are region free, so I figured that would just go without saying, people.
