On the 22th of February I ordered a game for a friend- Katamari Damacy for the PS3 which was on sale, unfortunately I remembered he already owned the game only after ordering- so I cancelled the order following the steps as described in the site/confirmation email.
after 5 days I got charged for the game even though I did cancel it(they checked and saw that I did cancel it and for some reason their system did not recognize it). they acknowledge the problem and know it was their fault, still they demand that I send them the game back and only then I will get my money back!
so to sum it all up, I cancelled an order, got charged anyway, the game is on the way to me and I have to send it back to them to get my money back!

After countless emails exchanges the issue has been resolved, they discharged my credit card.
