What's in it for you? Our panel management partner, Knowledge Networks, will give you one gift when you sign up and download the Google Screenwise browser extension. Then you’ll get an additional gift every three months for staying with it.* It's our way of saying "Thank you."
Gift selections include:
$5 Barnes and Noble Gift Card
$5 Papa John's Gift Card
$5 Rixty Card
$5 Sephora Gift Card
$5 Walmart Gift Card
$5 Zappos.com Gift Card
$25 Expedia Hotel Card
$25 Grocery Savings Program Membership
Child ID Kit
Magazine Subscription

I was under the impression that the rewards were going to be Amazon Gift Cards, but that seems to have changed

Enjoy!

[quote name='mr.me']Pretty Lame prizes, especially since they force you to use Chrome.[/QUOTE]

I love Chrome. I think it is the best browser out there right now.

I wonder if it keeps collecting data even while you are in incognito?

Edit: Yes it does continue to collect data while in incognito mode.

Wow, the rewards really do suck. And could someone explain to me how you earn rewards, their site doesn't make it really clear?

UGH! Thought it was just me... Google makes too much money not to fix that.

I signed up for this trash last Friday and still haven't gotten my reward. It's corrupt for many including myself from what I saw on sd over the weekend.

Ah was going to sign up but will pass... I don't need a $5 papa johns GC that much, I'd rather have my somewhat private browsing instead. A while back MS gave away a copy of Office for a 1 month thing I installed it on a computer I never use and got the copy of Office, now that was a decent deal. ha...

I left that installed on the computer at my old work. No clue if they know about it. I think my machine might have been formatted.

Lmao. I don't remember how I got to it, but out of a search for something else, yesterday I stumbled upon Google is looking for someone to hack Chrome. I'm guessing to fix it. I didn't read into it, but they are offering $1million.

If you haven't received your code through sms, just email them and they'll email you your code. They lag though (took them about three days to respond).

it only gathers info from chrome, so i only open it a few times a week or so, and basically just read some news or something, u get another reward in a few months time if u keep it active, which i think i'll ride the program out and keep getting the free gifts until the program is over....another reason why dual booting and stuff has it's advantages :)

I got a PIN number today, put when I tried to enter it, it told me "This pin number is already in use." and asked me for a Reward Code and Serial Number. What do I enter there?

If you don't want to use it, you can install it to a different location.

Code:
start /d "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\" chrome.exe --user-data-dir="C:\Anyware\User Data"

Or where ever you have chrome installed. Then run chrome normally unless you need to use Screenwise to collect the reward or something.

It only offered me 1 of 3 different $5 giftcards, so I chose the $25 off hotel thing since I will be going to Orlando later this year and it'll end up saving me a little cash even if it is just tax. The only $5 it offered me were Papa John's, zappos, and barnes and noble...

[quote name='Tony Stark']why? you can already get almost ANY magazine for free [/QUOTE]

I don't eat fake pizza, overpriced shoes suck, and I am not big into books. I suppose the 5 dollar B&N could have been used on games but whatever. Plus the magazine I went with (Outdoor Life) I have never seen free.

It's funny, cause I have multiple people living with me, and I had them do it, and on my phone, I got a 6 digit code, that when I tried to enter, said "This pin number is already in use." and on another phone, they got a 9 digit code that I have no idea how to enter.

I said screw it. I uninstalled it, I'm not gonna worry about the "rewards", they have nothing that is worth the hassle of trying to contact someone about their faulty system. Best of luck everyone else though!

there is no hassle...send an email, get a response in 3 days with the info you want

and how do you know that the prizes dont change every month?

It's all good, no worries! And you're right, I don't know whether or not the prizes get better, but, I'll take my chances. If they do, then we'll see. Either way, enjoy!

Was going to do it but honestly it feels a bit invasive so I decided not to. Don't want the feeling of being watched everytime I surf the web.

I signed up last monday, got the code (which is supposed to be sent within 24 hours) on saturday, went to redeem it and it said the code had already been used...wtf, I just sent cust. serv. an e-mail.

Yeah, the rewards for the screenwise panel are pretty shitty, their main FAQ listed Wal-Mart GCs as a prize, which they don't actually offer. None of their prizes are really worth it. I'm not gonna bother with this program until they improve them. And compared to bing rewards and playstation rewards, google screenwise rewards is the most privacy-intrusive rewards program out of all of them too, and having the shittiest rewards.

[quote name='slidecage']Google Screenwise browser extension
