LOTR for 20...might have to bite. Anyone care to drop their opinion on this one?

If I remember correctly it got mostly unfavorable reviews for being a boring hack and slash fighting the same enemies a thousand times over.

I got this for pc when it was on sale (i think it was $12 or$15)...played it once for about 2-3hrs/regretted the purchase/and deleted, the reviews are correct it is EXTREMELY repetitive. Maybe I didn't give it a chance, but there are waaay better DL-only arcade games on XBL/PSN (that give you a better bang for the buck at $20 or less) that I would rather be playing. *my 2cents

EDIT: currently trades-in for $16/12 (360/ps3) at BB, so if you're really curious you'd only be risking around $4-$8.

I'm a huge LOTR fan so I enjoyed it. It's not great, but with the right mindset it can be a lot of fun. But then again I only paid $15 for it on release day thanks to some Kmart coupons.
