I fulfilled my requirements as of March 20, 2012 and began my free plan. My paid plan is done and gone, but no code. What gives?
 
I just got mine a few hours ago and my 30 days were up on the 24th. Probably not great news for you but I was worried for a bit after hearing how a lot of people were getting them on the 30th or 31st day.

It's only for Super Stardust Delta and the add-on Blast Pack.
 
I have mine, but do I need to do anything to not get charged again for the 3g? Does it cancel automatically?
 
I activated mine on 2/25 and I am still waiting. I have checked my spam folder and it isn't in there.
 
Call Sony PS customer service and tell them the situation. They will ask for your VITA receipt as well as receipt for ATT service.

Thanks for the tip! I actually found this advice elsewhere, so I called last night and talked to them. They sent me an email to reply to with my receipts, and I had my code within and hour. Awesome customer service!
