Google Maps 8-BIT for the NES

I just looked up something on the maps and saw they had Quest mode and it turned it into a 8 bit RPG. I hope it sticks around.

Man, hearing that Dragon Warrior music again took me back.

There are a few "Easter Eggs" within the map...I'm sure there are more than this but these are what I've seen so far...

Stone Golem at 22.593647,120.849693

Dragonlord at 00.000000,000.000000

Some pretty dedicated nerds at Google, they have him in his human disguise until you zoom in more and get his true form

A couple of blogs have started collecting the Easter Eggs (or maybe "Mini Medals" is more appropriate?) - http://gmaps8biteastereggs.tumblr.com/ and http://map-monster.tumblr.com/

There's quite a few in New York City alone: the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and Google's NYC headquarters in the Meatpacking District were the ones that I noticed there.
