It was ebay, and I ended up grabbing a like new one for $40 shipped. They aren't sealed anyway, so the distinction between new / like new doesn't really matter. I don't have the Shiro, but will probably get that at some point as well.

Nope, the Kuro version (black steelbook) was Europe only. The Shiro version (white steelbook) was Austrailia/NZ only.

I have the Kuro version that I paid $45 for (used) and kinda regret it. The steelbook is nice but not worth the premium. All the other extras are useless DLC.
