Dead Space not updating?

I see that there is version 1.3.8 out and im currently stuck on 1.0.3, My phone doesn't show that theres a update and when i check to see the version its 1.0.3.

I even deleted and reinstalled and same issue, I also tried itunes and it downloads 1.3.8 but when its done it shows 1.0.3. Anyone have this issue?
