Chameleon Android Launcher on Kickstarter

Here is a new launcher called Chameleon that is the best one I have seen so far. They are coming out in September and they trying to raise $50,0000 to get it out faster. I will let the video do most of the explaining. I donated $10 and hope they reach their goal.

Looks pretty cool but what exactly is it? Is it a new OS or something?

It's a home-screen - probably along the lines of ADW Launcher - I kicked in for Chameleon, and I don't even have a tablet (yet)
