It's not like Disgaea 4 is a game that causal gamers would see on sale and pick up impulsively, so it would have made much more sense to actually have a decent deal on...

Apparently those who liked the deal thought again and decided $4 wasn't enough of a discount, as well. Number claimed went from 17% to 13% in the past few minutes.

$30 really was the price point. The game may be well worth 35, but $4 off does not impress at all.

Yeah. Most people who really wanted Disgaea 4 PE bought it when it first dropped to $40. Now Amazon is likely sitting on a boatload of these that won't be going anywhere fast. Look for these at a Black Friday clearance near you Dood.

LOL I saw that too.

This has been this low before on Amazon but not lower.

For yet another LE Disgaea game Sub $25-30 is the buy it price for me

I am guessing 25% claimed when it expires.

Yawn....

$80 at launch? easily worth it? wow...

A few hundred hours of genuine entertainment for eighty bucks? Yes, easily worth it. 200 hours (low estimate) in at 80 bucks is a $0.20 per hour of entertainment. People jump on 10 hour games at $10 which is $1.00 per hour or even at 'mega cheap' at $5, it is still $0.50 per hour. I'll take 250% (or 500%) better return on my dollar per fun ratio. $35 is a steal if you know you're a fan of the game. (I have been for years) I sincerely don't see what would be baffling or warrant a derogatory comment.

...But if you can wait, this may prove true:

Will be interesting, for sure. Must be sitting on a tonne. And the NISA Store still has the version with the 9 extra figures.
I just want my kids back!!!

Lol $39 for the headset? Yeah, I think I'll do the BB deal for reward zone members. $20 is fantastic.

How are you doing that? I called 888-BEST-BUY today and they told me they don't price match online competitors. I live is a solid 30 minutes away from the closest Best Buy and didn't want to drive all they way there to have them tell me the same thing.
Let's go O's!

Just picked up the X12 tonight at BB for $21.xx. No coupon needed, just scanned my RZ card and the promo came up. It works with the P11 as well for the PS3 gamer.

These Gold Box events have been really disappointing.

What a great all day gold box only 2 items were 100% claimed. Amazon needs to step up their game, Bestbuy is killing them with some of their deals lately. Darkness 2 and AC:Revaltions for less than $25 combine > everything on the gold box deal.

Just because I'm an annoying math professor: $80/200 hours = $0.40/hour

PSN = madcatz1999

Sorry but I don't count "grinding" as added gameplay value. I got 172 hours out of 1 Skyrim character, but only 2 level 100 skills. It would have been a not fun grind to get all skills to 100, as an example of inflated hour-age.
