Dead or Alive Ultimate $19.99 at EB

It went back up for a little while after all the first $20 ones sold. It's good to know that it's at that price permanently. Any news on what the difference between the CE and I guess the normal one might be?
 
It wasn't at first, I checked multiple times during the first week or so the price showed up at 19.99 online.

But it was 19.99 B&M as of Friday, when I bought it while picking up Jade Empire.
