After taking advantage of the 100% bonus trade deal, I decided that we could use another Bluray player for our other HDTV. After looking around, I decided to just go with another PS3 instead.
One of my local Best Buys has been sitting on the Harry Potter 3D PS3 bundles for awhile, and are still priced at $249.99. I decided to ask about the free MLB 12, and if it would apply to the HP 3d bundle. I was told no, but then the guy told me that they are actually trying to clear out the bundles and have been trying to sell them at a marked down price. I asked him how much, and he said he needed to go check with his supervisor. He came back and told me I could have one for 199.99.
When he took it to the register, it still rang up 249.99, but called over a manager to do a manual $50 discount. No free game, but at a $50 discount it's still a good deal.
Definitely YMMV, but if your Best Buy is sitting on these, it doesn't hurt to ask. Mine still had 4 or 5 of them on the shelf.
