Note: I have the Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard myself that I bought from Best Buy and I would never want to go back to a standard keyboard.

I have the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate (Battlefield 3 Edition) and absolutely LOVE it. It's hard for me to go back to work and use that...lame ass keyboard and come home to this Godly piece.

Is the only difference between the ultimate and normal version the fact that the Ultimate has back-lit keys? Either way, $60 is a great deal for this keyboard. Good post.
 
Not a bad keyboard, I'd personally rather have a mechanical keyboard with NKRO though which I don't think the Black Widow has. Razer also has some issues with quality control.
 
ERRRR!!!

If this were the Ultimate on sale (not necessarily for $60, but just on sale in general), I'd bite. But I NEED my backlit keys. What I dont get is that why didnt they at least put one or two lights in the standard - my $30 Saitek even has that. The Ultimate has individual backlit keys, and I think you can change different areas different colors i.e. letters are blue and numbers are red.

I will try for the Ultimate with the NewEgg promo.
