Need help identifying a guitar...

Yes, I would stick it in her pooper too. But I need to know what kind of guitar this is. It's been driving me crazy. Only real identifier I have that might help is it looks like it has a string retention bar on the headstock, which isn't that common on much other than a Fender Telecaster.

Looks like a First Act, but the headstock logo obviously isn't. Logo looks like a skull?

Edit: After discussing it with my dad, we both have no idea what brand that could be. In all honesty, its probably some no-name guitar or a store brand of some kind. I hope that at least the bigger picture was helpful in someway.
