Chrome Themes

After installing Windows 7 I'm now starting fresh when it comes to Google Chrome. The theme I was using was not saved and now I can not find it online. I was using a theme by Cyborg, and now not even the site he was running is up. Where do some of you get your Chrome themes.

I think I downloaded that pack once before. It is only anime and game themes. I'm looking for his space themes.
