After the $5 best buy deal for the 11' cabeleas hunt, I dont think $20 would be a deal for me. The game calibration is pretty horrible even with the sensor bar they provide. Although it did provide a few hours of fun, just glad it was $5 bucks.

This.

Calibration is very bad. I didnt mind it for $5 but I would stay away for 20.

The poor calibration is intentional. If you want to feel like an actual hunter, you have to emulate proper drunkenness.

OP update looks there's a 50% off in-store deal that also includes big game hunter 2012 w/gun too. Stock shouldn't be an issue with these lots of stores have them but I'll be pm'ing the Shadows of Katmai @ BB & returning the $15 reg clearance copy I just got wish I had known this eaarlier that $10 savings code would've made it an even better deal.

How tricky would this be to PM at BB since it's an unadvertised temporary drop at Target?

My target and best buy are right next to each other but in the past I've taken a picture of the tag on my phone (the dates are on the tag)

I either pull the price up on my phone or show them a pic of the shelf tag from the other store. Since it's a temp price cut the shelf tags has all the info(valid date, price & store) so the pic will work for this.

Also the Kinect one "Hunting Party" was on sale when I picked up Survival if anyone's interested: $25. It includes the shotgun peripheral.

Heh, did anyone else misread the title as "Cabela's Shadows of Katamari"? Now that would be an interesting game.
Can anyone confirm Big Game Hunting Party is a part of this? And are any of these games worth it?
2 posts above yours not sure about the games $20 is worth me taking a look since the RZ points & $10 savings code makes it a no loss situation for me.
Picked up one of each for ps3. Thx op!!!
A gun in each hand ??

Those critters won't stand a chance !!

is this plagued by calibration problems like other move shooting games can be? my house of the dead crosshair always wanders, it pissed me off to have to recalibrate it every 30 seconds and makes aiming down the sights impossible.

i wish they could make a gun like the ones at the big buck hunter arcades, those things are deadly accurate.

Picked up Big Game Hunter 2012 for PS3 and was immediately frustrated by the calibration problems. A quick search showed a navy seal could finally calibrate from 15 ft away and gave up on the scope entirely, heh. PITA
