I was in Best Buy today and noticed that the Madden NFL 12 Hall of Fame edition was listed at $24.99 while regular editions were still marked $39.99. This was only for the PS3 version as the 360 version was marked $59.99.
My store (Mentor, OH) had 18 copies that I saw for the PS3, so I suppose it could be YMMV based on stock levels. This version isn't listed on bestbuy.com anymore, but here's a link for the in-store locater
