I think this is in effect at other locations as I saw it in today's Houston Chronicle. I picked up a 4gb 360 with Kinect, HDMI cable, month of Gamefly, Kinect Adventures, Dance Masters, and Carnival Games Monkey See Monkey Do. They said I got the last one of these. I also saw a 320gb PS3 bundle with the month of Gamefly, Infamous 2, I think one other game, and HDMI cable for the same price.
