I know this is kind of useless now, but a while back, amazon.com had the download edition for $9.99. A few weeks before that they had a deal where you got a 10$ US Amazon giftcard for 5$ (one per account). I used that gift card and specified the address of the Boston Public Library as the billing address. It went through and I got the game no problem. Have bought a few other download games from amazon since then using the BPL address.

The Source. 10 bucks, clearance. Got 3 copies for my group.

Futureshop will have the same for 20.
