Stuttering at Cut scenes ?

I recently been playing Uncharted 3 and I notice that when it goes to a cut scene the first few seconds stutters then it goes back to normal I'm wonder what's causing it? Has it happen to you guys?

My guess is either the HDD or Blu-Ray drive since I bought Uncharted 3 brand new it not the disc.

Didn't happen to me. Might wanna return it.
