Its a convince for the mobile users as tags don't show up on the mobile version… :)
 
Might have picked this up if more of the CE content was actually physical content, but from what it looks like only the art book and soundtrack are.

$59.99 seems like a lot when the Max Payne 3 CE dropped to the same price and that had a statue, key chain, and art picture things.
