Help me signing up in Bing Rewards

I've been using Bing Rewards for 3 months but last week they closed my account. I need your help for registering again in Bing Rewards. I'm from Spain and my IP is blocked but if someone from the USA creates a new account I could use it.

1. You could easily do so with a proxy or VPN

2. By helping you and making an account from my machine and giving it to you, I would risk having my accounts banned and my IP address flagged.

3. Your account will still get banned anyway (before you'll be able to come anywhere close to redeeming anything) as soon as they see you login from a Spain IP, so there's no point in doing so.
