Amazon for Worms and Singularity, Jumping Flash from ebay. The last of my August pick ups...looking forward to what i'll find in September!

anyways a buddy of mine that Lives in Texas sent me an Xbox 360 Slim " white " for free. I've know the guy since 2009 from an online game. He made sure to include the 250gb HD since the console only comes with 4GB

Yeah... we're real good friends... he bought the limited edition white slim with the kinect a few months ago but for some odd reason he wasn't really feeling the xbox and decided to purchase a PS3.... so he send me his xbox free .


Didn't really think he would send it Lol

The same as I've got a ton of games that'll likely never be played for more than 5 minutes or so.
 
Kid Icarus is from the Best Buy deal of the day. After buying that, I traded in my cart only copy to GS (got it during a B2G1 a while back). With the 50% trade in credit promo + PUR + the Coke $10 off, One Piece came to $8.49 out of pocket. Definite win in my book!

Depends on the anime. I usually tend to watch subbed for a bit, allowing my mind to imagine the voices it would prefer. Then switch off to dub to see how it flows. It's either a hit or miss for me.

But since the majority of my favorites are subbed, I have to pick that. :lol: I also tend to love the voices of the subbed version.
 
I usually prefer dubs (at least for newer stuff. '90s anime is another story... lol) Elitist weeaboos always prattle about "listening to it in the original blah blah". Japanese is freaking weird, though. They speak in a manner that is extremely strange to those of us that don't speak the language, and their voices are also extremely strange. Look at Goku's Japanese VA for a good example of that. The Japanese voices are just usually bizarre.

I totally get the argument for '90s anime and for video games from the PS2 era. The localization on stuff from back then was generally abysmal, and anything would be better than that. That's not true anymore, though. Most companies do a great job at localizing anime these days. Video games have, likewise, improved dramatically. There's my two cents on all that... lol
 
Omg. My friend and I decided to watch the DBZ Sub for kicks and I couldn't believe Goku's voice. Haha. We couldn't stop laughing and we kept making comparisons. "Even Goten's voice is deeper! Blah Blah"

The argument between dub and sub would never die down. Too much snobs ya da ya da.

I'm just glad I'm one of the people who can enjoy both.
 
So apparently when I convert from avi to wmv it takes a 7 gig file and turns it into 350 mb. o_O

It is going to be SO easy to upload my videos now! I won't have to wait weeks/months and always be behind. How did I not figure this out before? lol

edit: nevermind. after actually watching, you don't want to unload any....i have most of those anyway.

Thanks, man! I'm always glad when someone enjoys the videos! Now that I know how to upload files that are a fraction of the size that they used to be, I think I'm going to start doing more unboxings, or what I've been playing, etc. Try and grow the channel a bit. One video every two months is pretty lax... :/ lol
