Replaying UC3 - Glitches Galore

I was replaying Uncharted 3 to finish off the remaining trophies. Reached the level "Stowaway" and glitches started showing up. It is a point I cannot advance at all. Have tried starting off from a couple of chapters behind. Here's what happens -

1. Stowaway - Drake pops out of the ac vent half was and stays stuck. After a lot of wiggling jumps in the plane but the plane is empty and noway to progress
2. Caravan - The screen grays out with Drake's horse seems to be in air and the trucks are far off in another dimension.

Anybody else seen this? What do I do now?

Delete uc3 game data (not save data) and load up the game again.

Tried that. The game hangs when loading the saved game.
When I select chapters the same thing happens.

Sounds like you might have a corrupted game save. Not sure that there's any way to recover it . You may just have to delete the save and start all over.

Thats bad. I was already replaying it. Don't think would do it again.
I have tried creating a new save too when starting with a chapter 3 chapters before Stowaway.
