When I pick it up I'll make sure its an official microsoft controller. As I bought a "refurbished" wireless PC receiver and it was a chinese knock-off.

I've seen these in store though and I'm pretty sure they're official.

What are the warranties and return period on refurbished items. Like the 360 with kinect or even just a kinect? The item page doesn't say.

The ad has the refurb kinect as $69.99, but online it shows as $49.99? Price mistake or does the in the ad come with the power cable? It links to the $50 one.

I still think I will wait until Black Friday and see the deals before I buy one. I'm hoping for a Black Ops 2 bundle for $200-250. *fingers crossed*

I think the refurbished Kinect for $69.99 comes with the power cable but the one that is $49.99 does not come with the power cable.

They are official. I looked at one in the store and has Microsoft hologram stickers on them. Feels legit too.
