Several times he told me that he'd give me tracking information "the next day". Now he hasn't logged on since the 25th (and yes, he promised me tracking information the last time I PM'd him, too.)

I have no game or tracking information. I will give him a few more days for tracking info or a game in the mail. If I don't get it then I'm filing a dispute because I feel that I've waited long enough.

Update: I received the game in the mail today. Unfortunately, it was sent as just the game disc and without the box and manual, which was not indicated anywhere on this thread. The disc also looks visibly worn with some Gamefly-looking chips on the edges (I expect used games to be a little beat up, so I don't care as long as they work, but the original post said it looks "like new"). Also, it took at least thirty days since payment to arrive. On the positive end, it was cheaper than everywhere else and works, which are my main concerns, but overall, I can't help but feel disappointed. Still deciding on what feedback to leave...

its a toss up between negative and neutral. it was a negative experience and people should know to proceed with caution but on the other hand you did get the item in question. Personally I would leave negative feedback for the lack of communication, missing details like it being disc only. but who the hell cares what I think?

I agree with buffdrew, "Like New" by definition should be complete.

^Yup. Chipped edges is not 'like new,' took a while to ship even though he should have shipped first because you have more feedback. Maybe he needed the money right away, but what does he expect with his whopping 1 feedback? If I was in your shoes I would resend and get a refund. Neutral or negative rating to warn other users.

I did not ask him about the details but everyone else I've ever dealt with has sent a complete product when it was listed like-new. Omitting details is a form of lying and I'm sure if he was so enthusiastic to list it as "like-new" then he knew that it was missing the original packaging. It was cheap, and that's the only reason I'm not mad about it, but just because it's cheaper than everyone else doesn't mean you can just send it a month later and not accurately describe the product.

On one of the OP's older tradelists here is a quote about what they expect to receive:

Yeah, after reading that I'm going to have to fire off a negative, unfortunately, due to the fact that they are well-aware of the importance of original packaging, sent the game later than anyone I've ever dealt with on here, and did not accurately describe it.
