Should leave a negative for the super late shipment, bad communication, CHIPPED DISC WHEN STATED LIKE NEW?!
Well you get what you paid for, but did you asked him about the details?
I did not ask him about the details but everyone else I've ever dealt with has sent a complete product when it was listed like-new. Omitting details is a form of lying and I'm sure if he was so enthusiastic to list it as "like-new" then he knew that it was missing the original packaging. It was cheap, and that's the only reason I'm not mad about it, but just because it's cheaper than everyone else doesn't mean you can just send it a month later and not accurately describe the product.
On one of the OP's older tradelists here is a quote about what they expect to receive:
Rules:
1) Games must work.
2) Must specify if game comes in original case/manual.
3) No Hong Kong garbage, I will know if it is.
4) Ref Rules of course.
5) When dealing with PayPal I request you pay first and/or I put it on eBay to be even safer for you. I have close to 900 refs on eBay.
6) I'm a vendor of games/cards I know everything when it comes to trade/sell value. However, i usually go cheaper then ANYONE on eBay, so I do give GOOD deals.
7) PMs are best or YIM.
Look at rule number #2.
Yeah, after reading that I'm going to have to fire off a negative, unfortunately, due to the fact that they are well-aware of the importance of original packaging, sent the game later than anyone I've ever dealt with on here, and did not accurately describe it.
