Deal on DS Lite or DSi XL?

So recently I decided to pick up Pokemon Black 2 after hearing everyone say how great it was. I love it so far, but after playing it on my and noticing the crappy quality I decided to compare it to my friends copy of white 2 and noticed that the is horrible when trying to play DS games, making the game look like it is being displayed through a blender. I'm perfectly content with how my 3DS plays 3DS games, but after realizing how shitty it plays DS games it makes me upset that I decided to trade in my DS lite long ago to get it, because I still have a lot of DS games and thought 3DS would be the best way to play both.

TL;DR: I'm looking to see what would be the cheapest way I can pick up a new DS Lite or Dsi XL.

i would not really wait for new cause you can get new sort of dirt cheap if you wait for the next COWBOOM SALE

i picked up 2 DSI XL for 49.99 each + tax (63 bucks after tax and 2 year warranty)


i would offer to sell you one (got one for 58 with 1 year warranty on it) BUT it would not be worth yours or my time unless you had some games you may want to trade for it but after shipping and everything it would be close to resell it at 70

long story short wait for the new cowboom sale what should be within 10 days

what games looks shitty on the 3ds.. noticed pokemon 2 didnt look half bad

I've had bad experiences with used consoles in the past, and would rather pay more to get it new and not have to worry about having to deal with issues that may occur with used consoles.

That being said, $130 isn't bad for the DSi XL. I think I may wait until black friday when they will most likely be on sale for around $100.
