Were they wired or wireless?

Wireless! I was kind of surprised to see it.

Checked 2 different RadioShacks in Fort Lauderdale, but both were full price. Definitely YMMV!

RadioS clearance is usually ymmv I found a wiimotion plus attachment the other day for 11 not a steal but new and guaranteed Nintendo brand.

found it at two different stores. just a heads up, the ones i found were the older style 360 controller. They were the black ones with the grey accents instead of glossy black accents.
