Best Buy Phone Pre-Orders, do they do it for Non-Iphones?

I'm reading online that the NOTE II is coming out November 9th for AT&T and Pre-Orders start Oct.25th. I'm assuming this is at AT&T Stores, does Best Buy also Pre-Order? I want to get at Best Buy since I have lots of Gift Cards and RZ Coupons I've saved.
